So I don't actually remember what I last wrote about so i am going to start from surfing in Jeffreys bay. Yes i have officially learned to surf (well i can get up on a board at least) SWEET! Then we left Jeffreys Bay and went to Mdumbi which is this little town in thehills of South Africa. This was an amazing place to spend a few days. the men who run the backpackers there are so amazing and do so much for the community that it almost seems impossible. Then we went to Qunu where we got to see two Nelsen Mandela museums, slide on the rock that Nelson slid on, and hear some AMAZING singers from the townships. It was really an amazing time. Then we had a 12 hour truck ride to Durban where we picked up our good friends Jennifer! On tuesday we drove here to Eshowe where we have been spending the last few days in the hostel attached to The George Hotel. Here we have seen a traditional Zulu healer called a Sangoma and we visited an orphanage where we played with little kids and served them lunch. Everything we do at TTS is completely amazing and it just keeps coming. These last few weeks are sure to be spectacular!
p.s. the parents come today!!! :D
